    The world's white tea is in China, and the Chinese white tea is in Fuding, Fujian Province. Fuding white tea is originally produced in high-altitude mountainous areas. It is the only tea with natural craftsmanship and unique health benefits in the region.

      It is called "white tea" because it is covered with pekoe, like silver and snow. White tea is a lightly fermented tea with the traditional process of sun exposure, does not fry or knead and simmers to dry. So it  neither destroys enzyme activity nor promotes oxidation, retaining the most natural nutrients and is one of the oldest, most natural and healthiest teas in China. Its amino acid content is higher than other tea, so it has the reputation of tea treasures. In Fuding folk, white tea is used to treat sore throat, cold and fever, gastrointestinal discomfort, and has the effects of clearing away heat, detoxifying, and reducing inflammation.

     Brewing method: 95°C hot water, tea to water ratio 1:50, first steeping time 2 minutes, each subsequent steeping time can be equal to the first one, it can also be extended or shortened depending on personal taste, 2-3 infusions  is recommended.

   The color of the tea soup is amber, the taste is slightly sweet with a hint of grassy taste.
